Distinguished Title I School

Hillcrest Elementary School is a Title I school.  We receive federal funds to support student achievement for all students.  These funds supplement the regular school program by providing staff development, additional staff, instructional aides, technology, and support for parent and family engagement.  

To better serve our families, we have a Parent Resource Room.  There are many resources available in our Parent Resource Room to assist parents.  We have brochures about: discipline, homework, academic achievement, tutoring, and talking with children. 

Please feel free to visit our resource room during regular school hours or during our Family Nights. Our Family Liaison will be happy to answer any questions that you may have.

Feel free to take brochures and pamphlets.  If you wish to check-out resource materials, please see the family assistant, counselor, or an administrator. The School Improvement Plan is available for your viewing in the Parent Resource Room.
